Welcome to this month’s edition of the Proto Hologram newsletter. Proto’s AI- powered holograms are making waves from coast to coast – starting in New York City, where fans at the America’ s Got Talent event participated in our Celebrity Selfie Experience, and Canada's Got Talent got a holographic surprise as well. From there, we headed west to Silicon Valley for the Draper Associates Founder Summit, where Proto showcased its real-time multilingual AI with a surprise moment in Japanese. And circling back to the Milken Global Conference, we see Chris Tucker interact with his own multilingual AI hologram – bringing humor, energy, and global touch to the Proto experience. These moments, alongside our storytelling-focused partnership with Geminai, demonstrate how Proto continues to lead the future of engagement – one hologram at a time. Read on for a special offer and invitation to Christie's Art + Auction House 10th Annual Art + Tech Conference at Radio City Music Hall in NYC on July 16th and 17th!

Christie's Art + Tech Invitation for Proto Partners, Investors and Customers

Proto's partnership with Christie's continues to grow – building on holograms of work by Degas and Giacometti, beam-ins by Elton John and CEO Bonnie Brennan, highlights from the collections of Mark Knopfler, Getty Lee, Donna Summer, Paul Allen and more. Now Christie's is inviting Proto partners, investors and clients to its 10th Annual Art + Tech conference at Radio City Music Hall in NYC on July 16th and 17th. It's an exciting program of keynotes, panels, and debates that convene innovators from both the creative and technical worlds – two realms that often inspire one another.

NBC and Rodgers Broadcasting Bring Immersive Fan Experience to Both AGT & CGT

At the 2025 America’s Got Talent event in NYC, Proto partnered with NBC to introduce its patented Celebrity Selfie Experience. This innovative feature allowed attendees to take real-time selfies with life-sized holograms of Sofia Vergara, Terry Crews, and Howie Mandel. Unlike traditional selfies taken with personal phones, these images are seemingly captured from the celebrities’ own devices and fans have the opportunity to scan a QR code to grab their selfie and have as a keepsake. In partnership with Rodgers Broadcasting, we also did a surprise beam of Simon Cowell into the Canada’s Got Talent Season Finale. This groundbreaking approach to fan interaction enhances celebrity access and connection across both AGT and CGT stages.

William Shatner's AI Hologram Beams into Draper Summit to Talk Tech with Tim Draper

At the 2025 Draper Associates Founder Summit, Proto showcased a conversational AI hologram of legendary actor William Shatner – introducing it to renowned investor Tim Draper. The demonstration took an unexpected turn when Shatner’s hologram responded to Draper in fluent Japanese. This display highlighted Proto’s advancements in AI multilingual capabilities – illustrating how the technology is becoming increasingly intelligent, expressive, and lifelike. This innovation is transforming global conversations into a whole new dimension.

Proto Beams Chris Tucker's Hologram at the Milken Global Institute Conference 2025

Revisiting our presence at the Milken Global Conference last month, we not only showcased AI Michael Milken and AI Sal Khan, founder of Khan Academy, but also welcomed movie star, Chris Tucker, who visited his very own AI hologram. With Proto, Tucker interacted live with his digital, volumetric self – capable of speaking English, French, and Chinese – showcasing Proto’s growing capabilities in global communication. The interaction demonstrated Proto’s unique ability to merge personality, presence, and language in a single real-time experience.

Geminai Brings Historic and Educational Moments to Life with Proto in New England

One of Proto’s premiere partners, Geminai, located in Boston, MA, is redefining what it means to tell stories. Geminai has used Proto to create powerful experiences – from a holographic reenactment of the 250th Lexington anniversary, to real-time language translation for local Boy Scouts. They’ve also brought wildlife education to life with Nibi the Beaver, and are working to preserve family legacies by capturing grandparents reading bedtime stories as holograms for future generations.

Looking ahead, Geminai will play a role in the upcoming Global Health Catalyst Summit at MIT, sharing expert medical content and contributing to the curriculum for the new Global Oncology University. This collaboration redefines how education, innovation, and storytelling come together.
